私は今まで２回転職して、今が３社目だが、どの会社も、会社として体系だった技術文書を作成・蓄積することには全く不熱心だったし、それらの有効活用に時間を割くことも無かった。
勤務時間に本や雑誌を読んでると暇してると見られる。あるいは、エンジニアがじっくり腰をすえて納得のいく物に仕上げていたのでは、金儲けのチャンスを逃す。やむをえず、あらゆるものが、その場しのぎで流れていく。
社員教育といえば、実務を通して必要な知識を身に付けさせるというものばかりだ。確かにこれだと金儲けしながら勉強できるから、効率が良いように見える。
でもそれは本当だったんだろうか。その方法の欠点が、今になって日本中で噴き出しているのではないのか。
